Don't stress! We'll send out a recording to everyone who's enrolled after the event. You'll have access to all the materials we supply during the workshop as well.
If you're not in Peri yet, this is the PERFECT time to start! If you can start making these changes before you're in perimenopause, that's the best time to start, but today is always the best day to start, no matter where you are. If you're not sure, come to the workshop and chat with us, we'll help you figure it out!
We didn't get here overnight; you won't see results overnight. We're not selling a magic pill, we're sharing what actually works in the long term. It may take a few months to see results, it might take only a month, it might take longer. We're all unique and can't make a specific promise on time.
